No. You send them the link, they open it on their phone, they see the schedule. No signup, no download, no password.
How does the photo import actually work?+
Snap a photo, screenshot the team app, or upload the PDF the coach sent. AI reads it and fills in every game, practice and tournament with dates, times and locations. You review before saving, so you stay in control.
Can I add events manually too?+
Yes. Some weeks you'll get a one off email about a makeup game or photo day. Add it in seconds. You can also set recurring practices once and they load for the whole season.
What if the schedule changes mid season?+

Why I built this.
I'm a mom of four boys, all in sports. Every season I'd type every game, every practice, every tournament into our family calendar by hand, then color code it with highlighters just to make sense of it.
