Plans and Pricing

Annual: $29.99 per year, billed once every 12 months
Plan include full access to the Family Sports Scheduler app, including the ability to share your schedule with unlimited family members at no extra cost.
How Billing Works
When you purchase a Annual plan, your payment method is charged at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (every 12 months for Annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. No phone calls, no hoops to jump through.
To cancel:

Log into your account at steelebroz.com

Go to your account page

Find your active subscription and select "Cancel"
When you cancel, your access remains active through the end of your current billing period. For example, if you are on an Annual plan and cancel on day 10, you still have access for the remaining 355 days you already paid for.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will notify you by email and attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
You can update your payment information at any time through your account page.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with Family Sports Scheduler, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
To request a refund, email us at info@steelebroz.com with your order number.
Sharing and Family Access
Your subscription includes a share code that you can send to unlimited family members. Family members who join using your share code get free view access to the schedule. They do not need their own subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, family members who joined using your share code will also lose access at the end of your billing period.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
